Many people do not have the time, the energy, the expertise to advertise and sell the second hand or the new items, so they contact me to assist them. I make an appointment where we decide on which items need to be sold, I take the pictures and advertise on different platforms and arrange everything.

I have a broad base of clients, both buyers and sellers.
I normally just get refereed from one client to the next, so, I have good referrals.

Two rules:
1. I have sole mandate on selling the items, as it can create chaos if it is not done the correct way.
2. If you decide on the items you want sold, you can't pull them of the market, as it is a waste of precious time and disappointment to buyers.

I work at a 20% commission margin and the details of everything is discussed with my clients.
There is also items that I will purchase from my clients.

I sell at the best possible price for my clients and see that the buyers is satisfied with their purchases.
