The manufacture of high-quality surfboards, shaped by respected local Jeffreys Bay shaper and surfer ' Thys Strydom'.

The Surfboard Factory is situated in Jeffreys Bay, South Africa - Home of the legendary perfect right-hand reef break - 'Super Tubes'.

In his career, Thys has shaped over 8000 surfboards in the past 15 years. Earning his reputation and honing his shaping skills shaping for international labels like Town & Country, Brewer, Vudu and Blue Hawaii. Thys was recently awarded the Quiksilver contract to shape Q-Stix surfboards for the local Quiksilver Boardriders Club Stores.

All surfboards are hand-shaped by Thys and glassed and finished at
'The Surfboard Factory' in Jeffreys Bay by local craftsman.
