From the moment Tanya walked through the door, my babies took to her completely. In part, Dugald is very nervous with strangers, but warmed to her immediately. Impeccable and expert service, regular updates with photos and videos. Our babies didn’t miss us nearly as much as we missed them, so we could relax safe in the knowledge they were being looked after by a true animal lover.

Tanya looked after our 5 dogs for 3 weeks while we were in Australia. She genuinely loved our dogs, she understood their individual quirks and requirements, and pandered to their every need. She walked them everyday, ensured that they ate – one of them is a very fussy eater and she patiently ensured that she ate. She correctly medicated our old boy and when it was particularly hot she even put a fan on for them. The confidence and comfort we felt knowing how happy our dogs were was the greatest gift we could have received. We suspect that they were disappointed when we came home as the photos and videos she had sent us on a daily basis showed such happy dogs.
Aside from the best care and love given to our dogs, Tanya ran our home like a well oiled machine. She managed our domestic worker and gardener, made them meals and dropped them off at home. She dealt with a few unexpected problems and resolved them without us having to get involved. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We can’t recommend her enough and our dogs can’t wait for us to go away again.

We couldn’t be happier with Tania’s exceptional care of our six Dalmatians during her two-day, one-night stay at our home. Taking care of multiple dogs is no small task, but Tania handled it with remarkable professionalism and genuine love for animals.
Our Dalmatians were clearly happy and well-cared for under her supervision, which speaks volumes about the quality of attention they received. Tania clearly understands the unique needs of multiple dogs and managed to give each of our pets individual attention.
What particularly impressed us was her reliability and dedication. She kept us updated throughout her stay, giving us complete peace of mind while we were away. She made excellent use of our home space and maintained everything perfectly.

Tanya was brilliant caring for our two elderly Jack Russels during our anniversary weekend away. Their wellbeing was her first priority. She understood their needs (and shortcomings) and worked with them to keep them safe, comfortable, fed and very well loved. Tanya meticulously tended to their needs and provided us with regular updates and pictures. Moreover, she was a great houseguest – she brought her own food and bedding and when she left we couldn’t even tell that she’d been here.
